Weekend
This weekend Rob and I spent our first weekend apart from each other since we got married! I hate not being together. In fact I am still waiting for him to get home and I am so excited to see him. Thursday morning Rob left for Portland to attend the Baja competition. I will write more about his little vacation when I have some pictures to post. He has been gone for 5 days and 4 nights! I decided I didn't want to spend the whole weekend alone so after work on Friday I drove home to spend the weekend with my parents in Sandy. It was really fun to spend some time with them and just relax. We did some shopping, went to lunch, a walk, watched tv, and spent a lot of time talking. On Sunday I cooked dinner for my mom and Nancy (and of course my dad- he got to clean up). It was fun to be able to spend mother's day with my mom. I really am lucky to have the best mom in the world. She is so great! Sunday night I went for a walk with Amanda and we also visited Millie. They are so great! Weekends really do go by too fast! The great thing is that I only have 17 more days of work before summer break! Yeah!

It is no fun to be away from your hubby! I didn't see you at church...where you there? Your mom is so cute! Love her! Glad you got to spend Mother's Day with her!
Did I know you were from Sandy? I really don't remember talking about it if we did. But anyway, both Mike and I are from that area too... small world! Oh, and I'm glad that you will get to see your hubby soon. It isn't fun to be away from each other for that long.
